How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy is a brave step toward self-discovery. If you feel overwhelmed, curious about your neurotype, or simply need a safe space to process life's transitions, we can explore that together.
What does 'neurodivergent-affirming' actually mean?
It means I view ADHD, Autism, and other neurotypes as natural variations of the human brain rather than deficits to be 'fixed.' We focus on accommodations, strengths, and authentic living rather than masking.
Do you accept insurance?
For therapy services, insurance is accepted. I am in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. If you have another commercial insurance policy, I can provide you with a "superbill" with which you can file the claim with your provider yourself and be reimbursed based on the terms of your policy. For assessment services, insurance is not accepted. This is because our prices are typically less than going through commercial insurance policies. This allows assessment services to be accessible to more people. HSA and FSA cards can be accepted for both services.
Do you offer free phone consults?
To provide high-quality care, I do not offer brief consultations. I begin immediately with a comprehensive intake meeting to review your needs and determine if my services are the right fit for you.
